Create your own Moon Map – tune into the Lunar Cycle and your FEELINGS will guide you on your rightful path

During recent Lunar Game’s here on Open Lounge many of us have observed and shared how being heart centered and tuning into the ‘intelligence’ we feel in our hearts, seems to provide wise guidance.

By this I mean, that when we allow ourselves to bring our attention to how we FEEL about something, a situation or person rather than what we think, a very interesting shift in energy happens.

Since our Open Lounge Event in Mojacar in October 2011 I have chosen to tune into how I feel about things and truly connect with that ‘vibration’ before I make any choices or decisions. This process has led me to, essentially, follow inspired thought with immediate inspired action.

IN – SPIRED ACTION – this is not a thought energy this is a feeling energy and my life is transforming in a magical way... as am I!

Taking this approach to my life choices and decisions has helped me find an inner contentment and fulfilment despite the uncertain circumstances I have CHOSEN to place myself in.

Fear is present sometimes, and on occassion VERY present!! Yet I allow myself to embrace that fear and trust my feelings to guide me as to when to take INSPIRED ACTION.

This brings me to tuning into the Lunar Cycles.

I have been recording certain patterns in my Lunar Cycles for some time such as menstrual cycles, mood swings, sleep patterns and physical, mental and emotional affects and changes. It has been very revealing.

For example, for January 2012 I have felt a STUCK energy not just for myself but for many people. I had a strong feeling in the past day or so it was shifting and that next week – commencing Monday 23rd January – the energy would shift and ‘things would start to move again’.

Today I discovered Monday is the New Moon.

This prompted me to share with you in this article the calendar for every New and Full Moon for 2012 and you may find it insightful to create your own Moon Map for 2012. This may help you trust in your FEELINGS and how to use ‘the intelligence of your heart’ to guide you to what choices and decisions best serve you.

Moon Mapping is about using the Lunar Cyles to guide you as to when to take action and when to be patient. This approach may help you not to get down hearted when all your efforts don’t seem to bring the results you want. Learning to tune into the Lunar Cycle may help you to take action when it FEELS right – and this can catapult you up in the right direction! Likewise, when you feel stuck or that you are hitting a brick wall, how trusting such feelings will help you use this time for introspection, reflection and planning.

I believe we all have an ability to tune into a universal vibration that is right for us personally – to do this one has to shift one’s conscious attention from head to heart.
